How is the franchise system managed — autopilot or self-managed?

Youcha operates on a self-managed model. As a franchise partner, you are responsible for the daily operations of your outlet. However, our team provides full operational guidance, SOP documentation, and ongoing support to make management as easy as possible.

The franchise fee is a one-time payment made upon signing the agreement. Product restocking is billed separately based on your order volume. We offer flexible payment options for product supply including monthly credit terms for qualified partners.

The standard franchise contract is valid for 3 years, renewable upon mutual agreement. There is no ongoing monthly management fee. You keep your profits while we support your growth with product innovation and brand marketing.

Youcha provides recommended contractors and shipping partners for initial setup. For Standard and Premium packages, our team coordinates the store design and renovation. Product shipping is handled by Youcha's logistics network directly to your store.

Staffing is the responsibility of the franchise partner. However, our trainers visit your store to train your hired staff before opening. We also provide recruitment guidance and staff SOP manuals to ensure consistent service quality across all outlets.
